* The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package live on the courier's official portal.


## 5. Damages and Missing Items

* If you receive your order damaged, please refuse the package or save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

* Important: We strongly recommend making an unboxing video of your parcel. It serves as proof if any item is missing or broken.
